1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.
2. Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use by Amazon sellers and their authorized representatives, and are not intended for personal, family, or household purposes. The Services are designed for sellers on Amazon's US marketplace.
3. Description of the Services
Appeal Central is a free tool that helps Amazon sellers understand Seller Central notices, such as suspensions, listing removals, appeal rejections, and policy warnings. It rates a case as ROUTINE, MEDIUM, or HARD, explains it in plain language, and suggests next steps. You can use it in two ways:
- The Plugin. An instruction-only plugin that runs inside your own Claude Code session, on your own Claude account. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic. The Plugin sends nothing to us.
- The Chat. An AI chat on the Site, which is not yet available. When it is live, we save conversations only in anonymized form, and we keep contact details only if you choose to fill in the optional contact form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice or liability.
4. AI Output Is Not Legal, Compliance, or Professional Advice
Answers from the Chat and the Plugin are generated by artificial intelligence. They are general information only and are not legal, compliance, accounting, or other professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and Amazon's policies and practices change often. The triage rating (ROUTINE, MEDIUM, or HARD) is an automated estimate, not a professional assessment of your case.
Answers do not replace talking with a human expert. You use the Services and their answers at your own risk, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for how you use them (see Sections 12 and 13). You should not rely on the Services as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Before you submit anything to Amazon or make any important decision, review it carefully and consider consulting a qualified human specialist or attorney.
4.1 Free tool, your responsibility
Appeal Central is a free tool. It is a service that lets you get an AI-generated answer. The choice to use the tool is yours alone, at your sole and full responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, full responsibility for any use of the Services or their answers, and for any decision or action you take, in every respect, lies solely with you. We are not a party to any matter, dispute, case, or communication between you and Amazon or any other third party. Using the Services does not create any professional, agency, or client relationship between you and us (see Section 5).
5. No Attorney-Client, Fiduciary, or Agency Relationship
Using the Services does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship between you and us. We are not a law firm, and nothing in the Services is a substitute for an attorney. We do not act on your behalf with Amazon or anyone else through the Services.
6. Your Information, Your Responsibilities, and Use at Your Own Risk
Any information you submit through the Services, including in the Chat, is submitted voluntarily, and you are responsible for it. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party's rights. Do not submit information about other people unless you are permitted to do so. We remove identifying details before saving a chat. We store contact form details in our database and send them to our team by email notification; we use them only to help with your case and never sell them or share them with third parties for their own purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
Never submit passwords, one-time codes, Seller Central or other login details, API keys, or bank, card, or other financial account numbers. The Services never ask for them.
You remain solely responsible for your Amazon account, your listings and products, your compliance with Amazon's policies and applicable law, and everything you submit to Amazon, whether or not it was suggested by the Services. You use the Services and any output at your own risk.
You provide any information through the Services voluntarily and at your own risk. We do not use that information beyond what our Privacy Policy states. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no responsibility or liability for any leak, breach, unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of information you provide, or for any use of that information by anyone, including third parties, however caused.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including to create false or fabricated documents, invoices, or statements for Amazon or anyone else;
- use the Services to evade Amazon enforcement, circumvent Amazon's policies, or operate accounts in violation of Amazon's rules;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful, or that contains malware;
- attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, security features, or content filters, or try to extract the Chat's system instructions through prompt injection or similar techniques;
- access the Chat through bots, scripts, or other automated means, or send excessive requests;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or interfere with their operation;
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services, except as permitted by Section 9 or by law; or
- use the Services to build a competing product or service.
We may remove content, limit access, or take other action if we believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Not Affiliated with Amazon or Anthropic
Appeal Central is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Anthropic. Amazon, Seller Central, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Claude, Claude Code, and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the related products and services.
9. Intellectual Property and License
The Services, including the Plugin, its instructions and triage rules, the Chat, the Site, and all related text, design, and the Appeal Central name, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
License. Copyright (c) 2026 Appeal Central. All rights reserved. Appeal Central is proprietary software. Subject to these Terms, you may view Appeal Central and install it for your own personal use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. The Plugin is also distributed with the Appeal Central Proprietary License, which is consistent with this Section. Making the Plugin available for download does not grant you any additional rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your content. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use that content only to provide the Services and to help with your case, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Output. You may use the answers you receive for your own case, at your own risk. Output generated in the Plugin is also subject to Anthropic's terms.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Permission requests: contact us as described in Section 22.
10. Referrals to the Human Expert Team
For some cases, the Services may suggest that you talk to a human expert team, and may invite you to send your details to the human expert team through the contact form on the Site. Any services you receive from the human expert team are a separate engagement, governed by separate terms and fees that you agree to directly with the provider. These Terms do not create that engagement, and a referral is not a guarantee of any outcome. You are under no obligation to engage the expert team.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services rely on or link to third-party services, including Claude and Claude Code (Anthropic) and the code repository host. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE PLUGIN, THE CHAT, THE SITE, AND ALL OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THEY ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME; THAT ANY TRIAGE RATING IS CORRECT; OR THAT USING THE SERVICES WILL LEAD TO ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WITH AMAZON.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ABOUT THE SECURITY OF THE SERVICES OR OF ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OR STORAGE IS FULLY SECURE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL APPEAL CENTRAL OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, FUNDS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: (A) THE OUTCOME OF ANY CASE, APPEAL, OR PLAN OF ACTION; (B) ANY REJECTED APPEAL OR LOSS OF APPEAL ATTEMPTS; (C) ANY ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, DEACTIVATION, LISTING REMOVAL, FUNDS HOLD, OR OTHER ACTION OR DECISION BY AMAZON; (D) LOST SALES, LOST OR WITHHELD FUNDS, OR INVENTORY LOSSES; OR (E) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE OR ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON THE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT; (F) ANY LEAK, BREACH, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, LOSS, OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION, OR ANY USE OF INFORMATION BY ANYONE, INCLUDING THIRD PARTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. BECAUSE THE SERVICES ARE FREE, THE AMOUNT IN (B) IS ZERO.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, other state privacy laws, and the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation. These limitations are an essential part of the basis of the bargain between you and us, and they apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Appeal Central and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) content or information you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or any third party's rights; (e) anything you submit to Amazon or any action you take with your Amazon account; or (f) any data-related claim, including any claim relating to the leak, breach, unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or use of information you submit.
Release. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Appeal Central and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or relating to the Services or information you submit, including data-related claims. If you are a California resident, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." You may waive similar laws of other states to the same extent.
15. Governing Law
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
16. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
16.1 Informal resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at privacy@appeal-central.com with a description of the dispute, and to try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 60 days.
16.2 CLASS ACTION WAIVER. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND APPEAL CENTRAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
16.3 Time limit. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections 4 through 6, 8, 9 (except the license grant to you), and 11 through 22 survive any termination.
18. Changes to the Services and These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will give more prominent notice, such as a notice on the Site or above the Chat. Changes take effect when posted, unless we say otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Appeal Central Proprietary License, are the entire agreement between you and Appeal Central about the Services and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Any separate engagement with the human expert team is governed by its own terms.
21. General
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls.
